Jones Mulch Service is the leader in Minnesota for mulch installation and refreshing. Specializing in a service can provide great results for both the customer and business. During the season, we're happy to devote 100% of our time and energy to mulch, so that we can provide customers with a 5-star experience.
We have all the necessary tools, equipment, skills, knowledge, and endurance to complete mulch jobs in a high-quality manner that no other company can match. It only takes us a couple hours to complete a job that might take a homeowner multiple weekends to finish. Let us do the hard work so you can enjoy your summer!
Please note that we do not have an option for delivery only or pickup of mulch.
Mulch Products
Hardwood mulch is the most common type of mulch we install for customers. This is a double ground material that is non-toxic, plant and animal safe, and consists entirely of hardwood products made locally in MN.
It features a balanced mix of finer particles and medium-sized chunks, providing a uniform appearance that will elevate the visual appeal of your landscaping areas.
-Natural hardwood mulch is the most affordable.
-Dark brown hardwood mulch is the most popular.
-Other colored hardwood mulches offer a unique aesthetic for your property, but have a slightly higher cost.

Other Mulch Products
-Western red cedar, white cedar, and cypress mulch are available, but have a significantly higher material cost than the locally made hardwood mulch, as they are brought in from out of state.
-Playground chips are available and offer a clean look while providing a safe area for children to play.
-We do not do rubber mulch.

Next Level Efficiency
Our installation trucks have an attachment that fills our wheelbarrows with mulch by pushing a joystick. This allows us to spend more of our energy on making sure we do the best job possible when spreading mulch in your beds!
We have multiple installation crews that provide excellent coverage for the entire Twin Cities metro area with employees who are respectful, friendly, and take pride in the work they do. We can save you a lot of time and energy!
